Using the Super Nintendo and the Acer Aspire One A150, two modders have created a SNES PC Case. The controller ports have been converted to USB adapters and support SNES gamepads via converters.

There is a webcam and mic as well, a small hole was driving in front of the Super Mario World cartridge for the webcam lens and the microphone is mounted right at the front of the SNES in the center of the front vent. Check out some of the images below.
