IGN seems to have given it quite a go: “we drew quite a crowd in the office with an impromptu Marble Madness™ tournament.”

The results were good: “In the end we were quite please with the X-Arcade Trackball. Fans of the classic games of the 80s would do well to add the unit to their emulation setups, as so many of the old games simply can’t be enjoyed and horned with a keyboard or mouse setup, and since it’s built to take heavy abuse without a scratch, the Trackball will likely survive just as well as the classic games it plays.”
